The Protect Our Water website (www.ProtectOurWater.ie) has been operational since the 26th June 2012. The registration fee has increased to €50 (from €5) since the 28th September. To date, the LGMA have received approximately 340,000 registrations. All owners of premises connected to a domestic wastewater treatment system are required to register their systems by midnight on the 1st of February 2013.
